Timeframe for Returns and Exchanges

  • Change of Mind: You can request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

  • Defective Items: For defective or damaged products, requests must be made within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.

Product Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • Show no signs of wear, usage, washing, or odors.

  • Have all original tags and labels attached.

  • Be returned in its original packaging or another secure packaging that protects the item during transit.

Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased on sale or clearance cannot be returned or exchanged (except in cases of manufacturing defects).

How to Request a Return/Exchange

  1. Visit our returns portal: https://fahfitwear.troque.app.br

    • Enter your Email or Tax ID (CPF)

    • Enter your Order Number

    • Select the reason for your return or exchange

    • Click the "Iniciar solicitação" (Start Request) button.

  2. Drop off the package at a designated shipping location (Correios) using the prepaid shipping label provided.

Exchange Options

  • Size or Color Exchange: Swap for a different size or color (subject to stock availability).

  • Store Credit: Receive a digital gift card/voucher for the total amount paid.

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the package is received and inspected at our distribution center.
