Change of Mind: You can request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
Defective Items: For defective or damaged products, requests must be made within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:
Show no signs of wear, usage, washing, or odors.
Have all original tags and labels attached.
Be returned in its original packaging or another secure packaging that protects the item during transit.
Products purchased on sale or clearance cannot be returned or exchanged (except in cases of manufacturing defects).

Drop off the package at a designated shipping location (Correios) using the prepaid shipping label provided.
Size or Color Exchange: Swap for a different size or color (subject to stock availability).
Store Credit: Receive a digital gift card/voucher for the total amount paid.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the package is received and inspected at our distribution center.
